Single Origin - El Salvador Balam

A single origin washed El Salvador Balam coffee. In the Indigenous Maya language, Balam means “jaguar”.

Flavor Notes of pecan and mild kahlua flavors with mild acidity and mellow sweetness.

This roast is a super high-quality El Salvador coffee. It is excellent, different, and particularly punchy as a cold brew! Excellent for normal drinking as well. The El Salvador coffee is particularly dense and diverse compared to more mainstream choices. It takes a little extra effort to do this one right. But, the effort is very much worth it!
